Rescue Me ID: 14-11-19-00405QUEEN BEA (female)

Golden Retriever Mix    Age: Adult

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

QUEEN BEA is a well-seasoned gal who LOVES to share her affection with you!!! Don't let this sweet older lady fool you with her age, she has lots of energy and is in great physical health and shape. This very sweet dog was rescued from a home when they could no longer keep her due to the woman's poor health, requiring heart surgery. Unfortunately, sweet Queen Bea was not kept in the best home conditions previously and now is soooo. . .deserving of a new and better home and life-style. Queen Bea is a gentle, petite, and lovable sweetie. She is a mix yellow labby, around nine years old, a perfect size weighing in at a little under 50 lbs., ... (Read More)spayed, and has her current vaccinations. She has short hair so no grooming is required. This wonderful dog is house-broken and crate-trained too. Queen Bea just had her teeth fully cleaned by a supreme local veterinarian. She also has been fully checked out with a complete vet physical, all blood work passed with flying colors, and she is in excellent health with no medical issues. (All medical records will be provided.) Her favorite activity is to go on out-door strolls, she walks well on a leash. Queen Bea loves human companionship and does well around children -- she will love to snuggle with you and give lots of kisses. If you have other pets, bring them along with you for a meet and greet just to make sure they like each other. I believe Queen Bea is good with the kitties. Going somewhere, she will enjoy getting to tag along with you as she is an excellent travelling companion in the car. As far as being entertained by playing with toys, it does not appear she had much exposure with play items such as a ball. She would love a home with a nice grassy back yard, Queen Bea loves to roll in the grass and scratch her back. With this little love-bug's adoption, her luxury bed goes with her along with her collar and leash. Golden Retriever Mix    Age: Puppy

Compatibility: Good w/ Most Dogs, Good w/ Most Cats, Good w/ Kids and Adults
Personality: Low Energy, Very Submissive
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Meet Pancho. Who would have thought that a day of shopping in Nogales, Mexico would have brought about us saving this beauty. He was alone, very scared and very emaciated. People walked by him like he didn't exist. He stopped at every puddle to drink water and every trash can to look for something to eat. He was so weak. We literally had to carry him across the border. He is now in rescue in the United States. In the couple of weeks he has been with us, he has put on weight and is thriving. He is a very mellow boy. So laid back. He knows he was rescued and all he wants to do in return is love. He would fit well in just about any ... (Read More)home. He is neutered, up to date on his shots and microchipped. Pancho is an exceptional dog. I have never met a more grateful dog in my whole life. If you are interested in fostering, meeting or adopting Pancho, please give Surrendered Souls Rescue a call at 480-584-2730. I guarantee that when you meet him, you will fall in love. (Less)

Rescue Me ID: 14-06-07-00022Ted E. Bear (male)

Golden Retriever Mix    Age: Adult

Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Folks, come and meet sweet, sweet Ted E. Bear - he is adorable and very loving!!! This handsome boy found himself at the local animal shelter and we have no idea why - so often families lose their homes and can't keep their pets, maybe found as a stray and no one came to claim him, just don't know. But a fabulous doggie rescuer/angel came along and found Ted E. sitting all alone in his kennel and fell in love with him and sprung him out to freedom and safety. This happy dog is now at a private foster's home and is well'|.loved, and ready to find his new loving, permanent home - could that be you, we hope so! Ted E. is a lovely ... (Read More)chow/retriever mix, approximately six years old, weighs probably around 60 lbs., has been neutered and has his current vaccinations which include his distemper-parvo, rabies, and bordetella. Also, he has been seen by a vet for a 'wellness check' and is in great health and physical shape. This gorgeous boy has oh'|..sooooo'|..many fine qualities and is a very friendly pooch! Ted E. Bear is excellent on the leash (and of course loves to go on walks), he is crate-trained and believed to be house-trained (due to his age). We truly believe he was someone's family pet previously. He is not a barker, very calm and mild-mannered. Ted E. Bear has been exposed to several dogs at the foster's home and with no problems, and he enjoyed meeting a little tiny tot dog when at the park (watch his videos) – appears to be great with other dogs, don't know about the kitties yet. He is obedient, smart, and will 'sit' on command with a little treat incentive. Ted E. deserves someone to love him and appreciate the chow breed. A fresh grooming has just been completed and he is ready to be adopted!!! Going somewhere, Ted E. rides excellent in the car - so be sure and take him with you. His fabulous home will be an adult environment and be knowledgeable with chows. Please enjoy the short videos with this real live 'Ted-E-Bear' and give us a call to meet this sweetheart! http://youtu.be/2mW8YUyXuXA http://youtu.be/UMC_9s1_Hzo To meet Ted E., please contact me: John F. PIease Read Before Adopting a Golden Retriever in Arizona
Golden Retriever Dogs can make good pets in Arizona if they match your IifestyIe. The Golden Retriever is a gundog that loves the water. Originally bred for hunting, Goldens make wonderful family pets. Golden Retrievers are very sweet, patient, gentle, and excellent with children. Goldens are eager to please and respond very well to obedience training. Goldens make good watchdogs but are far too friendly with everyone, from strangers to other dogs, to be used as guard dogs. Goldens need human companionship. They can get into trouble if neglected. This breed is suitable for homes with yards, and needs plenty of brisk daily exercise.
